Realty Trust Group
Currently, he serves as the president of Realty Trust Group. He has personally closed more than 2,000 transactions in his 30 years in the real estate business. He is the past president of the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club and, in 2003, was voted Broker of the Year by industry peers. He started his real estate career at the age of 21, during his senior year in college. Brian’s focus on exceptional properties in close-in neighborhoods means he has sold some homes three and four times. His depth of experience and perspective comes from knowing Portland’s neighborhoods and the people who influence them. It was Brian’s desire to serve the customer and not the company that drove him and his partners to form Realty Trust Group in 1997.
Dunn & Pienovi Management Group
D & P Management Group was founded in 1998 with Brian and one of his long-time friends and colleagues, John Dunn. D & P owns and manages several multifamily properties in the Portland area.

Brian’s passions outside of real estate are athletics, travel, his family and friends, and supporting sustainability in his community and business dealings. The experience of raising four children has made Brian both more socially and economically responsible.
